Palm Working on new WebOS Smartphones for Next Year!

by on Friday, June 18th, 2010

Here’s some good news for Palm loyalists out there, Palm is going to be launching a new WebOS based smartphone next year it looks like.

I’m not allowed to talk about future roadmaps, especially because we’re in the process of being acquired by HP, so I can’t say. But yes we have a road map. We are working on future devices. And [a] new version of the OS. So I think, you’re going to find the next year very exciting.

Just my advice is to make a whopping, large 4.3-inch screen coupled with some 1080P HDMI outputs, that’d be something I would be looking for from Palm.

Next year is too late. New products need to be released a month or two before Christmas when more disposable income is available.

Hf it ello, I need some help if it is possible. I just got a new palm pre 2 and was wondering if there was a way to install my tether on it? Please help if possible. Is there a app I need to buy or is there nothing made yet to make this possible.
    Thank you. GOD BLESS
